HOA Committees

The HOA Social Committee is committed to creating a sense of community by organizing neighborhood gatherings and fostering relationships among residents. We believe that by bringing people together, we can create a more welcoming and inclusive environment for all. 

The Landscape Committee acts as a mediator between the community and the landscaping service provider. They submit RFPs, review bids, communicate community's desires, address concerns, handle payments, and provide updates to the board.

The HOA Playground Committee maintains and ensures the safety of the community playground, including inspections, repairs, and upgrades. 

The Enforcement Committee oversees the enforcement of the HOA covenants. It will monitor compliance and report violations within the community as well as recommend corrective actions to the board. In addition, the covenants committee also reviews the existing rules of the community to see if any of them need updating.
